Refunds & Cancellations Made Easy:
If you cancel more than 60 days before your check-in, you’re entitled to a full refund minus a $50 service charge. We promise it’s just to cover a bit of the time our team has spent on your booking.
Change of Plans? We’ve got you covered. If you find yourself needing to cancel 31 to 60 days before your check-in, we’re able to refund 50% of your booking amount. It’s our way of helping you out, even if plans go sideways.
Last-Minute Hiccups? We know life happens, so if you’re within 30 days of your check-in, we encourage you to grab travel insurance, as we won’t be able to offer a refund at this stage. It’s all about peace of mind.
Date Changes – Flexibility for Your Adventure:
If you’re more than 60 days out from your check-in and need to shift dates, we’re on board with no additional fees, subject to availability. Your adventure, your way!
If you’re 31 to 60 days from your stay, date changes can still be a breeze for a small $100 change fee, again all subject to us having space.
With less than 30 days to go, we’re locked in and can’t accommodate date shifts. But we’re here to help make the most of your planned dates!

Our units are made for you so that you always feel like you are coming to your home rather than coming back to a tiny hotel room.
Most of our units have coded locks. The code for entry into your unit will be found in your confirmation that will be emailed to you before your check-in date. Due to the variety of our units, please check your confirmation for details and directions. After the check-in time on your arrival date, you may go directly to your unit. You don’t need to stop by the office for check-in. If you are trying to check-in early and you have not reserved an early check-in, you may call our office at our local number: 907-224-2323.
We only ask that you: Please throw out trash, do any dishes, and return the key to the unit (if you have one).
You may request an early check-in or late check-out; however, as other guests may be checking out or in on the same day, we cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out unless you reserve the unit for an additional day when making your reservation.
If you are staying at the Alaska’s Point of View Suites, parking is free. For other locations, please check your confirmation email for parking instructions.

No. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in all of our rentals and common areas of the buildings. Smoking is allowed outside of the unit with closed doors to prevent smoke from entering the house.
