Our units are made for you so that you always feel like you are coming to your home rather than coming back to a tiny hotel room.  

Most of our units have a coded locks . The code for entry into your unit will be found in your confirmation that will be emailed to you before your check-in date.

After Check-in time on your arrival date, you may go directly to your unit.  You don’t need to stop by the office for check-in.

You may request an early check-in (late check-out) , however because another guests check out (check -in) the same day you check in(check-out) , we are unable to guarantee an early check-in (late check-out) unless you reserve the unit for an additional day when you make the reservation.
 

If you are staying at the Alaska’s Point of View Suites parking is free.
If you are staying at one of the other locations, you will need to check your confirmation that is emailed to you for parking instructions.

Yes, but we do have a limited amount of space that we can store your luggage in our office on First Avenue.

No. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in all of our rentals and common areas of the buildings.  Outside of the unit with closed doors to avoid the smoke to go inside of the house.
 

Most of our rentals have outside BBQ options.
